Bill Powell is a Harrison native and also the owner of the famous Powell Catering. Wellingtons Grill was originally opened in 1995. Bill & Aly Powell ran a friendly, family oriented place where many people enjoyed the great food and exceptional hospitality. They sold the restaurant many years later and it has changed ownership several times since the Powells owned it. After the last change in ownership, Bill decided to re-open the popular restaurant updating the décor and concept. Many of the previous staff are back in addition to some new friendly faces. Some of the best selling items from the old menu are on the new one – for example Prime Rib, Lobster, and of course fresh burgers.
